At Angalia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Window
Returns for exchange or refund must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All Angalia tags and original packaging are intact
- The item shows no signs of makeup, perfume, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Custom orders
These items are considered final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within the 14-day return period. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@angaliaapparel.co.za with your Order Number
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship your item to the address provided
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item is faulty or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost
Inspection & Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email:
- Confirmation of receipt
- Approval or rejection of your refund
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
